Graduated from the Dental technician school 1980 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Owner of Free Way Space dental laboratory for 20 years, with 11 employees, a front line dental laboratory. Free way Space was the first lab to be ISO certified in Sweden.

Developed a special salary system for dental technicians based on two years of time studies in the laboratory. My knowledge of the efficiency of the working methods in the lab is there for extensive.

I have been Managing director for one of the biggest laboratories in Europe, DP Nova (Flemming Dental) with 110 employees.

Worked together with Dr. Max Wibom and Dr. Anders Ericson (The Royal family dentists) for 10years. This clinic was focused on esthetic dentistry, and most customers came from different embassies, patients flying in from different countries, the royal family and other famous people.

Worked with Ole-Petter Våge, Norway for 18 months learning occlusal anatomy and function by H.M. Poltz.

Worked together with Copenhagen Implant Center and the their prosthetic clinic Gamlestrand for 2,5 years.

Worked as a team builder and educated 9 state dental technician labs.

Started up 3 Oraldesign Esthetic and Cosmetic Centers in Sweden and Denmark.

Member of Oral design International and since 1994 International President of this group.

2008-2009 Global Scientific Clinical Marketing Specialist and Global clinical manager in Nobel Biocare AB

Member of different reference groups. 

Former president of the Dental Technician Association in Sweden

Former vice president of the Dental Laboratory Owners Association in Sweden

Former publisher of the Swedish dental technician magazine “Tandteknikern”.

Initiator of a new Nordic dental technician magazine “Nordisk Tandteknik”

Responsible for the supplementary training for the Swedish Dental Technician Association during 5 years.

Educated in the USA  by Mr. John Ness (PTC) in method and process thinking.

Global Speaker throughout the world.

Together with Ilene Sawka held courses in personal development and speech training.

Main responsible for the dental technician program at Swe-dental  2007,from idea to accomplishment.

I have been blogging for Dental 24 for 7 years. A web-based dental news site for Scandinavian.

Educated wine sommelier- 2 English and 1 Swedish exam.

Attended more than 100 continuing education courses in the dental field.

Leadership training at the “Kunskapsakademin på Österlen” ( Management in Lund) during 1 year.

Published about 70 articles in the dental field, but also about wine and food.

2006 published one of my dental cases in Nobel Biocare´s new esthetic book “ Beautiful teeth now”
