In the world of dentistry and dental aesthetics, there are many skills, techniques, and materials that involve both the patient and the technician. Fulfilling a dream of beautiful and equally functional teeth isn’t just about doing the job. It’s rather a matter of living a vision of restoring values to life.

Dental aesthetics is more than making teeth. It’s about reestablishing shapes, colors, traits that once were part of a person’s identity, meaning bringing back integrity and self-esteem by taking into consideration not only the shape of a tooth but also skin, age, temper, hair, and other characteristics of the patient.

All over the globe, the Oral Design Foundation shares the skills and experience to help other people not only look but to feel better.

Congress Hotel

The Achental Resort is located in the heart of the Chiemgau.

This 4* hotel with its typical Bavarian feel-good atmosphere will be the location for our hands-on courses Äb0on 14th and 15th June 2023.

Our speakers will also be located there.

A bus shuttle between hotel, congress location and party location will also be provided.

‚Altes Bad‘ in Unterwössen represents perfectly the charm of the area.

The exhibition area as well as the party location for the oral design party are next door.

We’ll have the coffee- and lunch-breaks in the exhibition area so that there’ll be enough time for the participants to discover the exhibition and get in contact with you. 

Exhibition 

The marquees for two-days exhibition will be placed next to the congress location. You’ll love the special atmosphere in a typical bavarian marquee 

Exhibition & Congress Party 

The marquee for our congress- party is styled in the well known Bavarian look. It will also be placed next to the congress location so the party will start as soon as the first day is finished. You can look forward to an atmospheric evening in the Bavarian style.

• Terms and conditions 

General terms and conditions for contracting

• The International Oral Design Meeting 2023 will take place in Germany, in the city of Unterwössen, from 14th to 17 June 2023.

• Participating in the congress’ commercial exhibits implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions provided for this type

   of events, particularly the ones of the selected venue ‚Altes Bad Unterwössen‘.

• Knowing such provisions is the exclusive responsibility of the participating companies. As a basic rule, the wall enclosure,

  ceiling, floor, paint, carpet and electric connections must be respected.

• The commercial space module only includes the right to use the square meters contracted and an electric power switchboard of

  1 kw. To obtain more power, you must make a request and it will be invoiced separately.

• Stand or sponsorship reservations will be handled strictly according to the order in which they are contracted.

• The exhibitor pays attention to keep his stand in aesthetic conditions that blend into the environment and do not to exhibit boxes

  or materials that wash out its presence at the exhibition area.

• The exhibition area of ‚eco Sponsoring‘ will not be located in the catering area, eco sponsors will only have an exhibition area

  without stand. 

General terms and conditions for contracting 

• All stands must have a maximum height of 2,35 m. Submission of the project for custom-designed stands will be required.

• Companies who have contracted a stand or collaboration shall be timely sent a dossier with the rules and hours to pick up

  merchandise, storage, technical data of the assembly and disassembly of stands and additional services they may require during

  the congress.

• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to postpone, change the location or extend the period over which the congress is

  held, due to reason unrelated to the operation, or for reasons of force majeure. Such circumstances will not allow exhibitors to   

  terminate their agreement or demand compensation for damage and loss.

• The Organizing Committee greatly appreciates being kept informed about the activities organized by the sponsoring company

  throughout the event, to avoid an overlapping with the scientific program and the social events at the congress.

• In order to avoid unnecessary environment pollution from paper waste, we ask the exhibitors not to leave any unused catalogs

  and brochures at the stand but to take them back with you. PDFs of your brochures can also be implemented in our congress

  app. 

General terms and conditions for contracting 

• Companies participating in the commercial exhibit are required to have an insurance for their merchandise and all kind of

  materials at their stand. The organization will not be liable for any damages that such goods may suffer, or the damage that the

  material of the commercial exhibit may cause to third parties.

• To use any sound system at the stand is strictly forbidden. If it is urgently necessary to present your company and the products

  please inform the organizers to get their written permission.

• The payment installments for the sponsoring are defined in two sections: 50% of the fee is payable 30 days after confirmation of

  participation. The remaining amount must be paid by January 28th 2023 at the latest.

• Cancellations of confirmed participations which we will receive by 28th August 2022 will be invoiced with a processing fee of

  50% of the amount of the respectively chosen sponsoring fee. Cancellations which we receive on 01st March 2023 will be

  charged with 100% of the amount of the respectively chosen sponsoring fee. Cancellations have to be received via Email (read

  confirmation) or via post.

• All special agreements are only valid in written form.
